It is the ideal starting point for hikes
The Seehof is the starting point for family walks around the lake with the interesting tree horoscope trail.
A popular hiking destination is the path across the gorge to the Sonnschienalm and on to the Ebenstein.
A flower trail leads over the Kampelsteig. For more experienced hikers the hiking route to the Messnerin is recommended.
